Our world is a beautiful place to be in. Or so I believe. I believe it’s a place where goodness and kindness exists, still. Only in bits and pieces, in leftovers. But for a heart as ravenous as ours, even a morsel is enough. If you ask me what I would want to change in the world; hell I can’t choose one. But there’s one thing that seems to be the panacea for all our erroneous acts. That thing is kindness. I believe kindness makes a person considerate. It makes you put yourself out there, in the hellhole of utter disregard and watch the burns up close. It makes you experience their gut wrenching pain. It is only when you experience their pain for yourself that you will be able to empathize. Kindness pushes you to think about the consequences of your actions. It makes you mindful and watchful of your words. It brings piety in your being. It makes you virtuous, righteous and conscientious. So if you ask me what will I change in the world, I’ll answer, the religion. I will want the world to practice and preach only one religion, that is the religion of kindness.
